California to cause cancer and birth

defects and other reproductive harm.

Precautions for use of hybrid vehicle

Your F3DM is a hybrid vehicle. The

vehicle has both high voltage DC and

AC systems as well as a 230-400volt

system. DC and AC high voltage are

very dangerous. It may cause death

or serious injury, severe burns and

electric shock.

WARNING

Do not touch the high voltage

cables (orange colored) and their

connectors to avoid injury to you

or others.

Do follow the warning labels

attached to the high voltage parts.

Do not remove or replace the high

voltage parts such as the inverter

unit, power battery etc.

Scrapping of your BYD

F3DM

The SRS airbag and seat belt devices

in your BYD F3DM contain explosive.

If the vehicle is scrapped with the

airbags and some seat belt devices,

this may cause an accident such as

fire. Please remove the systems of

the SRS airbag and seat belt devices

by your BYD authorized dealer before

disposing your F3DM

WARNING

You should consult your BYD

authorized dealer when your vehicle

or battery needs to be disposed

of. It may cause death or serious

injury if the battery is not disposed of

properly. So your F3DM battery must

be dismantled by BYD authorized

dealers.
